FALL and Forget your worries in this spacious and serene historic home. Access to in ground pool w 2 acres of privacy. Master suite - main level. Large family room, kitchen, butlers area, library, dining room, sunroom on the main level with exercise equipment. Master has its own full bath. Half bath off of kitchen. Upstairs find 3 more bedrooms (one used as media room with executive desk and leather couch) and a full bathroom. In addition there is a cozy guest house is fully equipped just like the main house with 2 BR's & 1 BA.
This entire property would be perfect for wedding parties or family's to rent for events. With 2 acres of private land behind the pool, you can create your own event with a large tent and even a stage. There is a tree swing and you may see some deer during your stay. :)
Guests who rent the Main Home and our guest house together will have access to the pool if there are no events scheduled.
We do host events at this property. Any reservations on our property will be posted on the board on the pool house window during your stay. There is a pool house and that is an additional $40 per day with a maximum of 4 hours. Please let the host know if you want to rent the pool house. We will just need to know the times and which day. This would be for the main floor of the pool house only which includes a bar, mini fridge, ice maker and a pool table. We have a studio apartment upstairs which is where the owners stay if they are on site maintaining the property.
The pool deck area is always accessible year round. There is a grill and a fire pit with tables around the pool.
NOTE: If you are planning an event of over 15 people on the property grounds, there is a small event up charge and the owner will advise on that as that needs to be reserved on our event site.

* HOLDING EVENTS OF OVER 15 PEOPLE ON OUR PROPERTY/HOUSE IS AN UP-CHARGE DURING YOUR STAY. SO WE MUST HAVE DETAILS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY WITH PAYMENT THROUGH OUR EVENT SITE.
Weather may impact the usage of the pool. It is not guaranteed during your stay. At times we need to drain and refill the pool due to tree's and storms.
* In the fall and winter the pool is covered, yet maintained. We will uncover it for the ambiance for events or at guests requests. Otherwise the pool will remain covered during these months yet you can still enjoy the pool deck area otherwise..
* Owner's are onsite frequently, to continue the maintenance of the property and you may be greeted by two VERY friendly golden doodles.
