Main level: Your living room has a vaulted ceiling with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and an additional log storage space so you don’t have to go outside each time you want to replenish the warm fire. Large 55” LED TV allows you to enjoy your favorite programs which you can see from the living room and can also been seen from the kitchen/dining room areas. Double doors exit to the covered deck from the living room. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with undercounter lighting, and an island for your meal preparation. A separate dining room table can accommodate 6-7 people, plus 2 bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen island. The first bedroom, with a queen sized bed, looks out through double doors, that gives you access to the main covered deck, and also gives you views of the trees and mountains. A 47” LED TV is mounted on the wall for your enjoyment. A second bedroom, on this level, includes a king sized bed. Between these two bedrooms you will find a fully remodeled main bath, with walk-in shower.
Upper level: Large master suite with King-sized bed, relaxing recliner chair, desk and 50” LED TV are here for your relaxation. Master bath includes double sink, walk in shower, garden tub plus walk in closet. The balcony loft has a reading/relaxing area, with library that overlooks the main living room and views through the large, expansive windows.
Lower level: Newly remodeled game room with foosball and air hockey. Also, a table for card playing, game playing or assembling one of the available puzzles. The door by the game room leads to a large garage with door opener and ample exterior blacktop parking. This level also has a bedroom with 2 twin beds. A full bathroom is included on this level. Washer and dryer plus iron/ironing board and clothes folding table are available in the laundry room.
