Located in Colonial Village Guests will have access to the entire home. That consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an office area, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a great living room which has YouTube TV.
There is a small backyard around back which Guests are able to access. The backyard is split in half by a privacy fence. Half the yard is used by the Casita and guests are welcome to utilize the other half (See photos). Please be respectful of noise and other guests!
EV Charging available via a 240V Outlet on the exterior of the home.
There is a smart lock on the door which generates a new code for each guest. You will receive a message prior to arrival with directions to access the home. The smart lock access will be valid for your entire stay.
Guest will have two designated driveway parking spaces and a private entrance. We are also 0.5 miles to the light rail (and bus station), a 10 minute drive to Uptown and Southpark, and only 15 minutes to the airport.
This is a main home with a Casita ADU in the backyard which is also an Airbnb. Guests might see other guests in the driveway, but all access and spaces are private and not shared with the Casita guests. We ask all of our guests to be considerate neighbors for all our guests enjoyment!
