Well-kept beach trailer secluded at the end of a dead-end street in River Run Plantation. A beautiful, gated community with a pool, tennis court, basketball court, and playground. 2 private fishing piers on the Lockwood Folly River provide excellent fishing, beautiful views & a place to launch the provided kayaks. Less than a 5-minute drive to Sunset Harbor boat ramp provides deep-water access to the intercostal waterway & the Atlantic Ocean.

Outside, the large wrap-around sun deck is partially shaded by gorgeous oak trees. This space provides an outdoor extension to the living space. Inside, the house has a fully furnished kitchen, living room, three bedrooms with five beds total (two queens & a full-size bunk bed w/ twin trundle-comfortably sleeps 9), and two full baths. The master bedroom boasts an adjoining master bath with a large garden tub & stand-up shower. Holden Beach, Southport & Ocean Isle are a 20-minute drive.
