A 10 minute walk (or five minute golf cart ride) will get you to beautiful Lake Sumter Landing to enjoy all the great shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment in the square. This home sleeps 6 and includes a primary suite with a Queen size bed, 45" TV, two walk-in closets and a primary bath with double sinks and glassed-in shower. On the other side of the living area, you will find two guest bedrooms (one has no closet), with Queen sized beds, and a shared bathroom with tub. Your stay includes all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen includes a breakfast nook and there is also a separate dining area for eight. There is a separate laundry room with stacked front load washer and dryer, a two car garage, a glassed-in Lanai with separate heating/cooling and smart TV as well as a separate screened in Lanai that is furnished with a dining table and a gas grill. The living room has a comfortable powered reclining sofa and a 50" smart TV that has a full cable package. Internet and wifi are also included. This home is a two minute walk to the Virginia Trace adults-only pool and a three minute golf cart ride to the Canal Street family pool and rec center where you will find pickle ball, bocci ball, shuffle board, and tennis. Come enjoy the 42 executive golf courses, where your golfing is included with your $50 Resident ID's. There are also 12 championship golf courses that are accessible for an additional fee. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
