Here you will have a great view of the main swimming pool area as well as the ocean. This is an outstanding location especially for those families that have kids at the pool and would like to watch over them from the large private balcony right off the living room. The living room is equipped with all new flooring, wall art, various lamps, end tables and coffee tables, a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family. This room provides direct access out to the private oceanfront balcony where you will find yourself spending lots of time enjoying those great ocean views.
The kitchen is located adjacent to the living room and has been completely remodeled with all new ceiling height cabinetry, extended solid surface countertops, shiplap backsplash and all new modern flooring. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top range and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and a blender. This kitchen is really very nice and everything is so convenient. You will certainly enjoy preparing those great family meals here.
The dining area is equipped with a large table with ample seating for 6, and 2 others at the kitchen bar area.
Bedroom 2 is located to the rear of the unit and is equipped with a queen bed, flat screen TV, wall art, various lamps, night stands and dresser and all new modern style flooring. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bath with tub and shower combination, new comfort height vanity, new lighting and a custom framed mirror mounted over the vanity.
Across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom, you will find a large laundry room that is equipped with a full -size washer and dryer.
The master suite is located on the ocean side of the unit with absolutely mesmerizing views of the large swimming pool/courtyard area and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The Villa Capriani complex offers WiFi throughout, tennis courts, several pools, a hot tub (outside in the courtyard), a restaurant and a lounge. This is a great spot to spend your much needed vacation and with all the on-site amenities you will not have to leave the resort.

At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
