There are two gas-log fireplaces for warmth in winter and high elevation breezes to cool you in the summer. There is central A/C for those rare days when it gets hot. You will find four (4) HDTVs in the home, a pool table, and well-maintained furniture so you can relax as comfortably as you would at home. You can even bring your pets.
