There isn't a full kitchen in the beehive… but you have access to a refrigerator and a clever nook with coffee/tea brewing equipment and a microwave. As an added bonus, a new sleeper sofa has been added in the living space for additional comfort! Both areas have access to a laundry room that is accessible from the breezeway.
The Field House is located in a surprising, secluded location that puts you in the middle of everywhere! Don't be fooled by the map; this house is not on the road but tucked further back in the trees. And, if traveling with friends or extended family, take a peek at the neighboring property, The Marsh House. It's smaller, just as wonderful at 1350 square feet, and perfect for overflow guests!
A short walk leads you to a wooded path and kayak launch with a dock on Clubfoot Creek. Travel a few miles down the road to a ferry that takes you to the charming sailing capital of NC, Oriental.
