Take the passenger ferry which offers a service every fifteen minutes over to Fowey, offering further shops, pubs and restaurants. Head further afield and visit the National Trust’s Lanhydrock, with Victorian house, woodland and riverside paths to explore. For outdoor enthusiasts there is access onto the South West Coast Path and easily accessible is Cardinham Woods with its waymarked trails through scenic woodland. For family days out visit the Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures and Porfell Wildlife Park.
Step into this reverse level property where the small hallway greets you, a door leads to a bathroom with WC and also cleverly houses a washer/dryer. Also on this floor is the twin bedroom where you can enjoy river glimpses as you sit up in bed. Heading up the open staircase into the lounge/kitchen/dining area where there is arguably one of the best views in Polruan. You will find it hard to pull yourself away from this central focus of the room with the ever changing view of the river. A final staircase leads up to the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC and also enjoys the mesmerising view.
Heading outside to the front of the property is very small terrace, but is the ideal spot for an early evening glass of wine in the sunshine.
