A secluded and peaceful property built as the Miller's cottage in 1430, making the original front half of the property over 600 years old! The nearest market town, Narberth, is approximately three miles away. Upstairs the property comprises of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms all recently refurbished. Main bathroom: Toilet, large free standing bath tub, two wash basins and a walk-in rain shower. Shower room: Toilet, basin and large walk-in rain shower. On the ground floor there is a comfortable family sitting room with a relaxing open fire, smart TV and Xbox. The large cottage dining room comfortably seats eight to ten. The recently refurbished kitchen comprises of a modern design with a large integrated fridge-freezer, double oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, built in microwave, gas hob, central island, and is supplied with both UV filtered natural spring water as well as mains water. A conservatory to the rear of the property is a great place to relax on the sofa overlooking the patio, hot tub, stream and kids play area.
