Welcome to The Tree House!
A wonderful cabin with three levels of comfortable living space in a central location convenient to many High Country activities and attractions. Located an easy 15 minute drive to Boone and Banner Elk The Tree House is also 20 minutes to Blowing Rock, with easy access to many of the High Country's favorite attractions like Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Grandfather Vineyard and Winery, High Gravity Adventures Aerial Park, and many others.

The Tree House has a wonderful open main floor which includes a stacked stone wood burning fireplace, kitchen and dining room flanked by a large window overlooking the tree tops. Access to the back deck leads to a sitting area, gas grill, and outdoor high top table. A Queen bedroom is located on the main floor along with a hallway bathroom. The upstairs loft has a comfortable sitting area and a King bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The lower level family room boasts a pool table, dart board and a play "axe throwing" game, along with a cozy sofa and TV. Step out onto the covered lower level deck to enjoy a friendly game of corn hole. The lower level bunk room has a twin bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed with an in-room TV. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars at The Tree House. Additional amenities include wifi, washer and dryer, and up to two dogs are allowed to be included with a pet fee.
There are mini-splits in the main floor, main floor bedroom, and upstairs bedroom providing heat and air conditioning. The lower level does not have AC, but does have baseboard heat.
Please be advised that the property listed for rental is located within the Hemlock Village Property Owners Association (POA).
As part of the regulations set forth by the POA, the following guidelines apply:
Two-Car Maximum: The Hemlock Village POA enforces a two-car maximum policy for the entire area. This means that each property within the village, including the rental property, is permitted to have a maximum of two cars parked on the premises at any given time.
Quiet Hours: The POA observes quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the community for all residents and visitors.
By proceeding with the rental reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the regulations outlined by the Hemlock Village POA, including the two-car maximum policy and quiet hours. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in penalties or eviction from the property.
