Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Space and location. Beds were quite comfortable. Access to beach was easy.

Negative: Cleaning staff showed up before departure time. It was only 5 mins but it was a bit unsettling. Steps in some places are weak and need looking at. Solar lights inadequate and some nonfunctional to see tripping hazard on the concrete near main stairs (long low curb is highly dangerous at night.). Kitchen is microscopic compared to the property size. Tub in upstairs has what look like two pinhole cracks. Control knob for shower freely spins and is hard to use. Some blinds nonfunctional (upstairs bedrooms each have some that don’t work). Some sliding doors locks are not working - door to widows walk and main door to deck on first floor are definitely flakey or don’t lock at all. Icemaker barely makes ice due to poor water flow into fridge (filter? Or line?) The ice comes out in slivers and doesn’t provide really anything useable in days. Kitchen sink slow draining. Bathtubs and showers are slippery for older people need inside mats or anti slip tape. No screens to allow windows to be open in good weather. No covered porch for rain or sceeened porch for insects.

Summary: Nice location and a big comfy house that needs a little maintenance.
