Stroll around beautiful historic Montford or access the Greenway for a walk or run. Landscaped front and back yards with a private enclosed courtyard where you can eat and lounge. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and one full bath with a walk in shower. Also a sun room with a futon bed and a writing desk and chair which can be used for writing, relaxing or exercising. The house is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Kitchen has updated appliances with a sunny breakfast nook. Living room has a gas stove for warmth and ambiance.
