New, very comfortable beds and bedding in all rooms. Linens and towels are provided. There are two California king beds and two queen beds in the four bedrooms upstairs. Summary: Myself and four buddies had a wonderful stay during masters week. The property allows plenty of room for myself the four other guys. Property is very new and clean. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Augusta. No matter the reason for being in the area this is a great property to chose.
