Afterwards, take a stroll around the grounds following the archaeology and wildlife walk. The attractive market town of Horncastle is only 15 miles away and is known as the ‘Gateway to the Wolds’. Spend time browsing the many antique shops, walk or cycle along the pretty Spa Way, or visit the Sir Joseph Banks Centre. The city of Lincoln, under 15 miles away, is another must-visit attraction; full of history, heritage and green spaces. Explore on foot, taking in the magnificent cathedral, Roman waterways, a castle and stopping at some of the many eateries.

When you feel hungry, head to the kitchen, which features all the necessary appliances to whip up a late brunch or a tasty evening meal. Beyond the kitchen, you will find a contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Finally, sleep soundly in the lovely double bedroom, which comes with plenty of storage space.
Venture outside, and you will realise why this location is so special. Located on a working farm with riverside views, there are 8 acres of shared land to explore, including 4 acres of woodland, so enjoy a stroll whenever you fancy. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
