This building has been around the block—first as a canvas factory, then as a mop factory, and now as your own personal gateway to Lafayette Square and Soulard, Cajun- and French-inspired neighborhoods where you’ll find restaurants, a historic market, townhouses in every shade of pastel, overflowing gardens, and a large park perfect for a lazy day.
