THE VILLA: The villa is just 10 minutes from Disneyworld, 15 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning, and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! For your security, the villa is located in the gated community of Regal Palms Resort and Spa with 2 hour security. The home is fitted with a Floor Safe for your valuables. RESORT: Regal Palms Resort and Spa is a beautiful resort with a number of amenities, featuring a large pool, lazy river, water slide, Jacuzzi, gym, bar & grill, Banana Jacks and Spa treatments. A standard daily resort fee is charged by Regal Palms Resort & Spa. FAMILY ROOM: This contemporary styled room has comfortable sofas to relax on, while enjoying the Smart LED TV with DVD/Blu-ray player. KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools mean you can keep company with whoever is cooking, or take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Stacked Washer and Dryer. An ironing board and iron is also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.
