The kitchen has a dining table for six, as well as a utility room. There is a wet room with shower, basin and WC. There is a second reception room with a woodburner and corner sofa/sofa bed. Outside there is a garden with a stone and grassed area. There is off-road parking for three cars. Pen Y Bryn Cottage enjoys stunning views across the Conwy Valley from southerly and westerly aspects and is perfect for a family getaway.
