On the first floor of the house, there is one double bedroom with TV and an en-suite shower/wc, one single bedroom and a main bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious lounge/dining room at the front of the house with a sofa, circular dining table with 4 chairs and large flat screen TV. A door off the lounge leads to the downstairs wc.
From the lounge, the door leads through to the fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
The side door from the kitchen leads out to the rear patio area with a small table and 2 chairs.
There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.
This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.
