Sea Scapes is a fabulous contemporary one-bedroom apartment with open plan living dining and kitchen with sea views and on-site parking. This spacious dog friendly apartment also benefits from an outside patio area with seating to relax after a day on the beach or to explore the night’s sky with the telescope.
The lounge area has a cosy sofa (which can be a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two people) with two extra easy chairs and far-reaching sea views. There is a TV with a Now TV package. The kitchen diner area features a modern high gloss kitchen with a built-in washing machine and slimline dishwasher. There is an electric oven with induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has a table and chairs with seating for four.
The large bedroom features a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds and has plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC and mood lighting.
Outside there is a raised patio area with table and chairs to maximise the sea views, perfect for your morning coffee, glass of prosecco or a gin and tonic. There is also the added benefit of a shared separate sink and shower located to the side of the main entrance. Perfect to wash the sand off after a relaxing day on the beach.

Access Statement – Sea Scapes is a ground floor apartment which is accessed via a communal door at the side of the building. From the parking space, there is a flight of stairs going down to the building consisting of eight steps. If accessing Sea Scapes via the patio doors to the private outside space, there are four steps to this secondary entrance.
