Cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths at the waters edge in a quiet cove. Located in the WNC mountain foothills, Lake Adger has 14 miles of shoreline, a paddlers & fisherman paradise. Canoe, kayak & john boat available for use during your stay, or bring your own. Comfy covered front porch, spacious great room, and all modern conveniences, fiber optic internet and smart TV. A great place to get away and relax. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am due to the noise carrying so far over the water. No pets allowed
The space
This cozy lake house has a spacious great room open to the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to make a perfect meal. The great room has a smart TV with fiber optic internet, gas fireplace and plenty of board games to play. The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with a TV and gorgeous views of the lake. Full bathroom and laundry room on the main level. Upstairs has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full bed on the bottom and a single on top. Private en-suite bathroom upstairs as well. The front porch is so relaxing! Sit on one of the many chairs and gaze out upon the lake. Head down to the fire pit and enjoy s’mores and lake views! This home is perfect for an amazingly relaxing stay. Please be careful on the steps to the lake. They can be slippery when they are wet. Please make sure to plan your meals and bring your groceries on your way down. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. Absolutely No Pets Allowed. 4 guests max, unauthorized guests are not permitted. All guests must be on the reservation.

Lake Adger is known for peace and quiet and in a remote location. Please observe respectful behavior to all others on the lake and during your stay. Absolutely No Pets are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is an 80 horsepower limit on pontoon boats and a 60 horsepower restriction on any other water craft; to maintain it’s tranquil environment, no jet skis or water skiing is permitted on the lake. No parties, smoking, fireworks or pets are allowed at this home. Do not hang clothing or towels on the front porch railings. No campers of any kind are permitted in this community. A full copy of the HOA rules will be left in the home. Security camera on property.
